Our session explores the vital issue of wisdom. Experience is what happens to us — wisdom is what we learn from it. Wisdom builds resilience — by helping us pause, reflect, and act with intention instead of fear. When we learn from our experiences rather than just live through them, we become stronger, wiser, and better prepared for change.
